Common Questions About Our Terms and Conditions

These answers cover the questions we hear most often about how these terms apply to your account, your deposits, withdrawals, and your rights as an account holder with us.

Yes, these terms cover all deposit and withdrawal activity on your account regardless of which payment method you use, including UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe. The same rules around processing times and verification apply to each method.

We post all updates to this page and notify you where required by law. If a change affects your account materially, we aim to give you advance notice by email so you have time to review it before it takes effect.

Any available balance in your account at the time of closure can be withdrawn before or as part of the closure process. We will process the withdrawal to your verified payment method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — as per our standard withdrawal timelines.

Eligibility depends on local law in your jurisdiction. Access to i4edu is available only where local law permits. You must confirm at the time of opening your account that you are legally permitted to participate in such activity in your location.

Raise your dispute through live chat or by emailing our support team with your account details and a description of the issue. We acknowledge disputes within two business days and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.

Send a data-access request to our support email with your registered account details. We will verify your identity and send you a copy of the data we hold within the timeframe required by applicable data-protection law in your region.

We may suspend or close an account if we find a breach of these terms, including providing false registration details or activity that violates applicable law. We will notify you where we are legally able to do so and explain the steps available to you.
